白内障囊间摘除及囊袋内人工晶体植入术

摘　　要：我院自1987年以来共行后房人工晶体植入术306眼次,其中白内障囊间摘除及囊袋内植入人工晶体30眼次,报导如下:材料与方法男性13眼次,女性17眼次,平均年龄66.47岁。术前均测K 值及超声测定眼轴及所需人工晶体屈光度。人工晶系美国制IO-LAB 及Oculus 21。襻为J、改良C,改良J及C 型,光学部分直径6mm 及7mm。手术方法:术前面神经阻滞麻醉及球后麻醉,气囊压迫眼球降压,缝上、下直肌固定眼球并开睑,作以穹窿部为基底的结膜瓣,双极电烙器止血。角膜轮部上方1mm 作巩膜半层切口,向前剥离至透明角膜内,11点处作前房穿刺。306 IOL implantations were performed in Drumtower Hospital during past 4 years.A-mong those 30 eyes were undergone endocapsular cataract extraction and in-the-bag IOL im-plantation.The advantages of this procedure are: (1)double protection for corneal endotheli-um with both viscoelastic material and anterior capsule(2)easier to implant IOL(3)ensuredin-the-bag implantation without contact with sensitive uvea tissue.Therefore,the resultswere satisfactory and the complications were fewer than that of traditional Can-opener tech-nique.The focuses of the surgical procedure were discussed.
