偏心固视眼固视状态与视力关系的研究

摘　　要：本文采用眼底固视状态照像计测方法检测了55例偏心固视患者80眼的固视状态,旨在初步揭示偏心度、固视动摇范围、视力三者之间的关系,探索眼科学及法医学中至今未能很好解决的偏心视力的客观判定方法。In the paper 55 cases(80 eyes)of eccentric fixation eye were surveyed with our fixation photography and measuring method of the fundus and the relation between vision and fixation behavior(the eccentric degree and the size of fixation flicker area)for the optic nervous atrophy,the stargardt macular degeneration and the amblyopia preliminarily revealed.The optimized non-linear model for vision prediction was established for the optic nervous diseases(Y=10^(-0.105X-0.598)to provide a basis for the objective judgement of vision in ophthalmology and in legal medicine.
