摘 要:建立了间歇精馏塔的数学模型,在MATLAB/SIMULINK中用S-函数编制了间歇精馏塔的模拟程序,简化了程序的编制工作。采用严格的热力学模型,对两种C5原料分离的间歇精馏过程进行了研究,分析了产品采出时间与回流比的对应关系,从而确定了适宜的操作回流比。用间歇精馏的计算结果在PRO/II中对塔及换热设备进行了核算,并以此为依据确定了合适的产品采出量,为间歇精馏的设计及操作提供了参考。Mathematical models of batch distillation column were presented and were used as S-function in MATLAB/SIMULINK,to simplify programming. Rigorous thermodynamics model was used in phase equilibrium calculation. Batch distillation process for separating C5(i-pentane,n-pentane) of two raw materials was studied. Corresponding relation of time of drawing product versus reflux ratio was analyzed and fit operating reflux ratio was determined. Results of batch distillation simulation were used to rate tower and heat exchangers in PRO/II and suitable flow of drawing product was obtained according to rating results. This provided reference for design and operation of batch distillation.
