摘  要:采用生长速率法和盆栽法测试了小花假泽兰(Mikaniamicrantha)乙醇提取物的抑菌活性,结果表明,在干样0.1g/mL浓度下,供试样品对苹果炭疽、番茄灰霉、甘蓝黑斑、南瓜枯萎、黄瓜炭疽、小麦赤霉、玉米大斑、棉花枯萎等8种病原菌的离体抑制效果为100%,对番茄早疫、杨树溃疡等2种病原菌的离体抑制效果在70%以上;在干样0.05g/mL浓度下,对小麦白粉病的保护效果为83.3%,值得进一步研究。The fungistatic activities of the extraction from Mikania micrantha were tested by rate of growth and pot culture methods. The results showed that the alcoholic extraction with ethanol at 0.1 g/mL was bio-active against Glomerlla cingulata, Botrytis cirerea, Alternaria brassicicola, Fusarium oxysporum (Schl. ) f. sp. cucumerinum, Colletorichum lagenarium, F. Graminearum, Exerohilum turcicum, and F. oxysporum f. sp. vasinfectum in virtro, and the inhibitive rate was 100%. There was an inhibitive rate of above 70% against Alternaria solani and Dothiorella gregaria in vitro at 0.1 g/mL. At 0.05 g/mL, the extraction could protect from B. graminis in vivo with and efficacious rate of 83.3%.
