摘　　要：　信用是人类社会存续和发展不可或缺的基本要素,它既涉及平等关系领域也涉及从属关系领域。现代法治的建构并非依赖法律信仰而取决于法治信用的建立,但法治信用的建立不能建基于强制或欺骗之上,而应着眼于人类社会共识的形成,因此,法治与法治信用的建构都是一个漫长的渐进过程。The credit is an indispensable basic element for the existing and development of human beings. It doesn't only relate to the equal relation, but also subordinate one. It can't rely on the law's belief but the building of the credit of the rule of law to build the rule of law today, and the foundation of the credit of the rule of law shouldn't be based on the compulsion or trick but have the common understanding in mind, so, the foundation of the rule of law and the credit of the rule of law is a long evolutionary process.
