摘　　要：在高校教育中,加强和提高学生心理健康教育,树立健康第一的指导思想,切实加强体育工作,使学生掌握基本运动技能,养成坚持锻炼身体的良好习惯。Its uerl incporianf to strengthen and improue the collegeis psychological health educafion in higher educafion ue should establish the guiding ideology of health as the primary factor,and strengthen the PE courses practically. That helps the collegers maeter the fundamenfal athlltic skills. and form the fine hahits of engaging in physical exercises peisistenthy.
