摘　　要：医院集团的组建是我国医院重组的重要形式之一,目的是为了实现卫生资源的共享和优势互补,但内部单一的运作模式在一定程度上制约集团的再发展。探索多元化办医的模式将对集团可持续发展产生深远影响。作者研究了上海瑞金医院集团多元化办医的模式,对在卫生领域中实施多元化办医策略进行了初步探讨。Hospital group is one of the important form of hospital recombination.The reform aim is to share the medical resources and advantgeas.But simplex running mode would restrict the development of hospital group.So,the exploration in implementing various form will take great effect on sustaining development in hospital group.In this paper,we study the mode of medical organization with various from in Shanghai Ruijin Hospital Group,and discuss the process and method of the development strategy in health care system.
