摘　　要：本文指出加入!后,只有实施高校认证制,才能与发达国家的质量保证机制接轨,促进教育国际化 文中比较分析了美澳等国实施的认证制与中国评估制之间的异同及其特征!、优势It is pointed out in this article that only through adopting certification system of higher education can we promote the educational internationalization. This paper compares the similarities and differences of the certification systems in U.S., Australia etc. as well as the evaluation system in China. Analyzing the characteristics and advantages of the former one, this paper sets forth that it is necessary and practical to set up certification system in China and gives some policy suggestion at the end.
