摘　　要：目的　探讨儿童下睑赘皮的成因 ,评估皮肤部分切除和Riolan氏肌切除法治疗下睑赘皮的疗效。方法　应用梭状皮肤切除和Riolan氏肌切除法治疗 60例 1 1 0只眼下睑赘皮 ,平均随访 1年。结果　术后下睑赘皮及下睑睫毛角度异常矫正率 95 5 % ,无严重并发症出现。结论　下睑赘皮切除合并Riolan氏肌切除是治疗儿童下睑赘皮的有效手术方法。The diagnosis and treatment of epiblepharon of children with 60 cases report. Zhongshan Ophthalmic Center, Sun Yat-Sen University, Guangzhou 510060 Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Riolan′s muscle resection procedure in lower eye lid epiblepharon. Methods There were 28 males and 32 females in 60 cases, age from 2 to 16 years, 110 eye lids with superficial keratitis and subjective complaints were treated with fusiform skin and Riolan′s muscle resection procedure. All cases were followed up for 1 year averagely. Result Epiblepharon and trichiasis was achieved in 105 eye lids (95.5%), no severe complications were observed. Conclusions This method is effective in treatment of lower lid epiblepharon with no severe complications.
