摘　　要：ProteinA免疫吸附膜柱足够的吸附容量和可靠的安全性能是决定其能否在临床应用的重要指标.以健康狗为对象,模拟临床免疫吸附过程,建立了一套体外连续的免疫吸附治疗路线;考察了ProteinA免疫吸附膜柱的安全性能;同时也考察了其对实际病人血浆中致病因子的去除能力.实验表明,ProteinA免疫吸附膜柱不仅具有良好的安全性能,对致病因子也有一定的去除能力,有望在实际临床中应用.If Protein A immunoadsorption membrane cartridge is applied to extracorporeal immunoadsorption therapy, the enough adsorption capacity and dependable safe characteristics will be necessary. A healthy dog is chosen as the research object to imitate clinical immunoadsorption process and build up a therapy route for extracorporeal circle immunoadsorption, verify the safe characteristics of Protein A cartridge and determine removal capability of pathogenic antibodies from patient′s plasma. The results demonstrate that Protein A membrane cartridge possesses good safe characteristics and removal capability for pathogenic factors. It is expected that Protein A membrane cartridge will be applied to the clinical therapy in the future.
