摘 要:以二氧化硫催化氧化反应为实例,利用3DMAX等现代化的计算机技术及反应器的计算机模拟技术,开发出催化反应动力学实验仿真软件,可以从实验方案设计、实验操作、实验结果计算处理及动力学参数求取等方面对学生进行全面训练,并解决了在实验室进行实验时实验时间过长、实验设备套数不足、操作与分析难度大及二氧化硫、二氧化硫泄漏造成环境污染等问题,使原来必须在实验室中进行的实验可在计算机上形象、生动地完成。提高了学生的实验兴趣,达到了系统培养学生催化反应动力学的研究能力、科研开发能力的良好教学效果。Based on the example of sulfur dioxide catalytic oxidative reaction, using such modern computer technologies as 3 DM AX and computer simulation technique of reactor designing, simulation software of experiment of catalytic reaction kinetics has been developed, which can give an all-round training to students on aspects of experimental scheme designing, experimental manipulation, data processing of experiment results and parameter obtaining, and can solve such problems as less experimental time, less experimental equipments, difficult analyse and leakage of sulfur dioxide and sulfur trioxide, making experiments done in laboratory before be completed in computer vividly. It revealed having good reaults of having increased students' interests and abilities of scientific research.
