摘  要:采用在线质谱动态响应技术 ,研究了钒磷复合氧化物 (VPO)催化剂再氧化条件 (氧浓度、温度和时间 )对正丁烷选择氧化制顺酐反应的影响 .结果表明 ,催化剂再氧化条件对正丁烷选择氧化反应性能有明显的影响 ,其中再氧化温度是主要影响因素 .当正丁烷选择氧化和VPO催化剂再氧化在反应器 (循环流化床和固定床 )内序贯、交替进行时 。Effects of re-oxidation conditions of vanadium-phosphorous oxide ((VO) 2P 2 O 7, abbreviated to VPO) catalyst on n-butane selective oxidation by latti ce oxygen were experimentally studied using on-line mass spectroscopic transien t measurement in fixed-bed micro-reactor. The oxygen concentration, re-oxidat ion temperature and re-oxidation time were involved in this work. The results show that the re-oxidation conditions of VPO catalyst are very important to the selective insertion of lattice oxygen, of which the effect of re-oxidation temperature is the most obvious. By raising the re-oxidation temperature of th e catalyst to match the selective oxidation of n-butane with the re-oxidat ion of the catalyst under suitable reaction conditions can remarkably improve th e reaction performance of n-butane oxidation in a circulating fluidized bed two-bed system or a fixed-bed, in whi ch the n-butane selective oxidation and VPO catalyst re-oxidation are perf ormed separately.
