摘　　要：β-环糊精及其衍生物近年来一直是人们研究的热点,研究人员尝试将其应用到制药、食品、化工和农业等领域。本文介绍了β-环糊精及其衍生物的结构和理化性质,并综述了它们在生物制药领域中的应用,重点介绍了在生物药物制剂方面的进展。cyclodextrin and its derivatives have been studied warmly in recent years.Researchers try to apply them on many areas,such as drug?food?chemistry and agriculture.This article present s the structure and physico-chemical properties ofβ-cyclodextrin and its derivatives,placing emphasis on their use in the progress of biotechno-logical drug formulations.
