带膜记忆合金支架在晚期食道癌患者中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的　评价带膜记忆合金支架治疗食道癌梗阻及食道瘘的疗效。方法　在电视透视监视下利用引导钢丝置入国产带膜记忆合金支架。结果　 15例患者均一次置入成功 ,成功率 10 0 %。术后患者吞咽困难及生活质量明显改善 ,未见严重的并发症 ,并完成了放射治疗和化学治疗。结论　带膜记忆合金支架缓解食道梗阻、治疗食道瘘迅速、简单、安全、有效。Objective To evaluate the effect of self-expanding metal stenter with membrane in the patients with malignant esophageal obstruction and esophageal fistula. Methods Under the monitor of TV-screen we place the domestic self-expanding metal stenter with membrane to esophagus by the direction of wire. Results The stenter was placed successfully at the first time in all the 15 patients. The success rate was 100%. Swallow and life quality have been improved obviously after the operation. No severe syndrome has been seen and the patients have completed the radio-therapy and chemo-therapy. Conclusions It is prompt、simple、safe and effect to release the malignant esophageal obstruction and treat the esophageal fistula by self-expanding metal stenter with membrane. [
