摘  要:目的 :研究急性低氧和低氧习服对大鼠血浆内皮素、血管紧张素、心房利尿钠肽 (atrialnatriureticpeptideANP)和C型利尿钠肽 (C_typenatriureticpeptide ,CNP)含量的影响。方法 :间断低氧习服大鼠 (30 0 0m、5 0 0 0m各4h/d ,共 2周 )和正常大鼠经 80 0 0m缺氧 4h后 ,观察其血浆内皮素、血管紧张素、ANP和CNP含量的变化。结果 :低氧时大鼠血浆内皮素含量有增加的趋势 ,低氧对血浆CNP含量无明显影响。急性低氧时大鼠血浆ANP、血管紧张素Ⅰ (AngⅠ )和血管紧张素Ⅱ (AngⅡ )含量显著增高。低氧习服后 ,ANP和AngⅠ含量显著降低 ,接近正常水平 ,AngⅡ含量有下降趋势。结论 :大鼠经间断低氧习服后 ,血浆ANP和AngⅠ含量显著降低 ,可能是心脏低氧习服的机制之一。Objective:To study the effects of acute hypoxia and intermittent hypoxic acclimatization on the contents of plasma endothelin (ET-1), atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP), C-type natriuretic peptide (CNP) and angiotensin (Ang) in rats.Methods:The contents of plasma ET-1, ANP, CNP and Ang were investigated after intermittent hypoxic acclimatized (3 000 m and 5 000 m, 4 h/d for 2 w respectively) and normoxic rats were exposed to hypoxia (8 000 m) for 4 h. Results:Compared with normoxic control rats, the content of plasma ET-1 had an increasing tendency under hypoxic conditions. Hypoxia had no effects on the content of plasma CNP. The contents of plasma ANP and AngⅠ were increased significantly in acute hypoxic rats. After hypoxic acclimatization, both of them were decreased significantly. The content of plasma AngⅡhad a decreasing tendency.Conclusion:After intermittent hypoxic acclimatization, the contents of plasma ANP and AngⅠ were decreased significantly. This may be one of the mechanisms of hypoxic acclimatization of heart.
