摘　　要：平遥方言中的面食文化词语非常丰富,文章从饮食特点和面食词语两方面予以阐述。The dough-fo od cultural words and expressions are available in abundance in Pingyao dialects, so the paper will demonstrate it form two points of view,one is the dietetic c haracteristic,another is the dough-food cultural words.
