摘　　要：从系统科学的角度出发 ,运用管理学方法 ,构建了高校体育股份制俱乐部的系统管理模式 ,从而有效解决高校体育教学和高校体育的社会化问题 ,形成科学的“学校—社区—社会”By applying the methodology of management scienc e,this paper focuses on the exploration of university physical education stock c lubs system management pattern from the point of view of the systematic scienc e.This pattern will efficiently solve the contradiction between the university p hysical teaching and socialization of the university physical education, and contributes to the formation of the scientific university-community-society al l-in-one system of body-building service.
