摘　　要：对企业过程建模中模块的通用性进行了研究,从过程的知识属性和行为特征侧面对决策、学习和处理三类过程进行分解分析,分别和企业系统生命段的做什么、怎样做和做三种基本活动相对应,并在企业战略目标和性能—过程分析中进行了应用。The generality of process modeling is studied. In behavioral aspect, enterprise processes are divided into three types of decision-making, learning and transaction, which are linked with the three basic activities of enterprise life, namely what to do, how to do and do it. In structural aspect, it presents the basic structural block. The method is used in enterprise modeling through process-performance analysis, which enhances the integration of modeling tools and simulating tools.
