摘 要:为消除高炉冷却壁铸造内应力对壁体工作的破坏性影响 ,提出了利用高炉烘炉过程来实现既烘干水分保护耐材 ,同时又消除内应力的新思路。采用与马钢 1号高炉第 5代炉役铸钢冷却壁相同的实验冷却壁 ,使用 8种处理工艺 ,力学性能及 X射线应力测试、金相微观组织分析等方法 ,在实验室进行了系列热态模拟实验。取得的优化工艺条件在 1号高炉烘炉中进行了工业应用。结果表明 ,新烘炉工艺可使 ZG冷却壁内应力由出厂铸态的 2 12 N/mm2消除到 5 .8N/m m2。有效消除率达 97%以上 。To eliminate the destructive effect of the casting stress of BF cooling stave on the functioning of the stave body, this paper presents a novel approach to remove the water protecting the brick and to eliminate the casting stress through BF drying process. A series of hot simulation experiments on an experimental cooling stave were conducted in the laboratory which was as same as the 5 th generation of No.1 BF in Maanshan Steel. The experimental included mechanical tests, X ray tests and analysis of metallography microstructure. An industrial application of the resultant improved processing condition has been made in the drying process of No.1 BF. The results show that by using the new drying process, the casting stress of ZG cooling stave reduces from its original 212 N/mm 2 to 5.8 N/mm 2, with the effective eliminating rate reaching up to over 97 % and the mechanical properties of the stave body greatly improved.
