摘　　要：目的　观察在CT简易定位下锥颅抽吸治疗高血压脑出血的疗效。方法　在内科治疗基础上 ,对 89例高血压脑出血患者结合头颅CT定位行锥颅血肿抽吸治疗 ,并与 71例单纯内科保守治疗做对照。结果　术后 2 0d及 6个月治疗组生存率、死亡率及神经功能恢复均优于对照组。结论　锥颅抽吸血肿是一种简易有效、安全实用的治疗高血压脑出血的手术方法 ,适宜推广。ObjectiveTo investigate the healing effect of using stereotaxic aspiration to treat hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.MethodsThe subjects were divided into 2 groups:the experiment one and the control one.The former was composed of 89 cases,who were given the approach of stereotaxic aspiration on the base of internal medical treatment, with the help of head CT location; the latter 71cases used the traditional therapy alone. Result20 days and 6 months after the operation,we compared the suvival rate,the death rate,the complications and the nerve function recovery of two groups.We found all the indexes of the former were much higher than those of the latter. ConclusionIn the treatment of the hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage,the approach of stereotaxic aspiration has safe,effective,practical and easy characters.It also can be applied to clinical treatment.
