摘 要:考察了微生物絮凝剂产生菌AzotobacterJ 2 5在味精废水中发酵产生絮凝剂的絮凝特性 .实验表明 ,味精废水经预处理后 ,加入有机碳源对絮凝剂产生菌AzotobacterJ 2 5进行培养 ,菌体在生长过程中产生絮凝剂 ,并将其分泌到细胞外 ,培养液的絮凝活性最高达 98%以上 .该絮凝剂在偏碱性的条件下 ,对高岭土悬浊液的絮凝效果最好 .实际废水的净化实验表明 ,该微生物絮凝剂对多种废水具有良好的净化效果 ,尤其对石化废水处理效果最好 ,CODCr,SS ,色度的去除率分别为 66 7% ,98 3% ,93 7% .Flocculation characteristics of bioflocculant produced by Azotobacter J 25 in glutamic acid wastewater were studied.After pretreatment and addition of glucose,glutamic acid wastewater was used to cultivate Azotobacter J 25.The experimental results showed that the extracellular flocculant produced by this means had over 98% of flocculation activity.The suitable pH value for the bioflocculant treating Kaolin clay suspension was weak alkaline.The wastewater purification experiments demonstrated that the bioflocculant had good purifying effect in the treatment of various wastewaters.Especially in the treatment of petrochemical wastewater,the satisfactory effect was achieved with the removal ratio of COD Cr ,SS and chroma were 66 7%,98 3% and 93 7%,respectively.
