美国合作农业推广体制及其对我国的启示

摘　　要：美国实行教育、科研、推广“三位一体”的合作农业推广体制 ,其特点是 :推广的组织体系健全 ,联邦、州、县和自愿者在人员、项目活动中合作默契 ,推广的内容丰富、经费充足、人员精干。我国的农业推广工作应借鉴美国的合作推广经验 ,加大农业科研、教育、推广的结合力度 ,力争使农业推广领域向综合性、全方位发展 ,同时加大政府和非政府部门的投入 ,精炼推广队伍 ,培训提高推广人员素质。American co-operative agricultural extension system which c ombines education, science and research, extension as a whole is characterized b y as follows:first, the integrated extension structure in which both the two sid es- federation, states, counties and the volunteers can cooperate well; secondly , the kinds of affluent extensive contents, the enough funds and the efficient s taff. It is necessary for China to learn from this advanced co-operative extensi ve experience and strengthen the combination of agricultural research, education and extension in order to develop the agricultural extension more integratedly and more completely. At the same time, both governmental and non-governmental se ctors should devote more greatly, select and train the extension staff to improv e their working level.
