摘　　要：研究煤矿安全问题的起因是解决安全问题的关键。安全流变与突变理论、墨菲定律解决了安全问题的起因。加强安全警示职能 ,提高安全管理是实现煤矿安全生产的保障。The research of the origin of the coal safety problems is key for the settlement of these problems. The theory of safety rheology and mutation and Murphy 's Law solves the origin problems. Strengthening the safety warning function and improving safety management are the guarantees for coal mines safety production.
