摘　　要：介绍"白色污染"的由来和发展现状的同时,对废旧塑料的回收再利用技术和处理方法做了论述,指出根治"白色污染"的主要方向。This paper introduced the derivation and actualities of white pollution,the recycle technique and disposal methods of waste plastics are discussed in this article.And indicated the main method to eliminate'White pollution'.
