摘　　要：信息技术迅猛发展及广泛应用 ,极大的改变了企业的生产经营环境 ,对企业管理产生了积极的、深远的、多层次、多角度的影响。本文对信息化环境下的企业管理进行了研究和探讨 ,结合当前一些新的管理思想和方法 ,提出了基于信息技术条件下企业的管理模式。The fast development and wide application of information technology have changed production and management conditions and have exerted active, far-reaching and various effects. The paper makes a deep study on enterprise management in the conditions of information. Based on some new ideas and methods about management, the paper puts forward a new management model.
