摘　　要：目的探讨为可安治消化性溃疡的疗效.方法将146例患者随机分成2组,分别用为可安、立复丁治疗,观察2组溃疡愈合率,疼痛缓解率及不良反应.结果治疗组优于观察组(P<0.01).结论为可安治消化性溃疡疗效确切,缩短病程,安全.ObjectiveTo explore the rapeutic effect of gastroenterol ulcer treated by pantoprazole sodium.Methods146 patients were divided into two groups randomly, treated by pantoprazole sodium and famotidine. The ulcer healing, the remission rate of pain and adverse reation were observed.ResultsThe treatment group is better than observation group(_P_<(0.01)).ConclusionGastroenterol ulcer treated by pantoprazole sodium has following characteristics: better effect, shorten process and safty.
