钛合金烤瓷联冠对成人上牙前突的美容修复治疗

摘　　要：目的改善成人上牙前突的面容美观及提高咀嚼功能.方法30例患者中140颗作为基牙进行钛合金烤瓷联冠修复并进行临床观察.结果钛合金烤瓷联冠边缘密合度良好率为 85.7% ,基牙健康状况良好率 86.4% ,咀嚼功能恢复良好率 90.1% .结论钛合金烤瓷联冠的修复可以作为成人上牙前突的美容修复治疗方法.ObjectiveTo improve beauty of face and masticatory function in adults with premaxillodental protrusion.Methods140 abutment teeth of 30 patients were restored with combined titanium alloy ceramic crowns. The edge fitness, health condition of abutment teeth and masticatory function recovery were observed in clinic.ResultsThe rate of favorable curative effect about edge fitness, health condition of abutment teeth and masticatory function recovery after 3 years were (85.7%), (86.4%) and (90.1%) respectively.ConclusionThe combined titanium alloy ceramic crowns can be used in adults with premaxillodental protrusion.
