摘　　要：高校是社会主义先进文化的先锋力量。搞好公安高校建设 ,做好公安高校思想政治工作 ,就必须认真学习践行“两个务必”。“两个务必”体现了党的根本宗旨。在新形势下始终做到“两个务必” ,将为公安高校思想政治工作注入新的内容和新的活力 ,将为公安高校思想政治工作指明前进的方向 ,将极大推动公安高校思想政治工作理论与实践的更大发展。Higher education is a pioneer of socialist advanced culture. 'Two Necessary's' has to be learnt and carried through to do a good job in construction of police academy and ideological and political work in the academy. 'Two Necessary's' shows original aim of the Party. In the new situation, it will add new contents and energy to the work of ideology and politics in the academy, guide the direction of efforts and enhance the development of theory and practice in the field.
