摘　　要：推动跨国公司在华R＆D本土化战略联盟的发展,不仅能吸引越来越多的跨国公司增加对华的研发性投资,而且能够为中国企业、大学、研究机构提供更多的技术交流与合作机会。通过对近年来跨国公司对华研发投资及本土化战略联盟的现状和动机分析,对引导跨国公司在华从事研发投资与合作提出了思考和建议。Promoting the strategic alliances with Chinese partners on R&D of MNCs in China not only attracts more foreign R&D investment, but also provides Chinese enterprises, universities and research institutes with more opportunities of technology intercommunion and cooperation with foreign partners. In this paper, the author analyzes the situation of local strategic alliances on R&D of MNCs in China and brings forward some thinking and suggestions.
