摘　　要：本文通过分析国有老矿面临的复杂形势,提出根本的出路在于创新。阐述了孙村煤矿以战略创新培育长远发展的竞争优势,以观念创新摆脱陈旧思想的束缚,以科技创新降低运行费用,以管理创新实现有序经营,以机制创新激活每一个生产要素,最终形成了孙村矿核心竞争优势。Through analyzing the complicated situations confronted by SOE coalmines, the article puts forward that the fundamental resolution is innovation. This article also expatiates how Suncun Coalmine cultivated its long-term developing competitive advantages with strategic innovation: to get rid of bondage of out-dated thoughts with innovative concept, to lower the operating cost with technical innovation, to realize orderly operation by management innovation, to simulate every production factor with innovative mechanism, finally to form the core competitive advantages of Suncun Coalmine.
