摘　　要：分析企业信息资源规划的概念、作用以及实施步骤,并介绍一种相关的软件IRP2000。Information resources planning is an effective measure eliminating the enterprise 'information islands' . This paper analyzes the concept, function and implementing approaches of enterprise information resources planning, and introduces a kind of relative software IRP2000.
