摘　　要：高校合并对图书馆管理工作所产生的影响是非常深刻的,就期刊管理工作而言,大致存在“访”与“采”的集中与分散、补缺的分工与协调、分类与编目的统一、登到的集中与分散、排架的一体化等5大深层次问题。The merging of universities has profound effects on the management of libraries. As to the journal management, there are five kinds of challenging problems to be solved as follows: the concentration and distribution of the operation of 'journal acquirement' and 'journal selection', the division and coordination of the supplynient of deficient journals, the incorporation of journal classification and cataloguing, the concentration or distribution of journal registration, and the integration of journals shelving.
