肾癌中E-cadherin、CD44v6的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的 :研究上皮钙粘附素 (E- cadherin,E- cad)和 CD4 4基因含 V6外显子的变异体 (CD4 4 v6 )在肾癌中的表达 ,探讨其与病理、临床及转移的关系。方法 :采用免疫组织化学 SP法 ,检测 4 6例肾癌和 1 2例正常肾组织标本中 E- cad和CD4 4 v6的表达。结果 :E- cad在肾癌组织中的阳性表达率 (2 6 .1 % )显著低于正常的肾组织 (75 % ) ,P<0 .0 1 ,且与肾癌的临床分期、淋巴转移显著相关 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,CD4 4 v6在肾癌组织中的阳性表达率 (5 8.7% )显著高于正常肾组织(1 6 .7% ) ,P<0 .0 1 ,且与肾癌病理分级、临床分期呈正相关系 ,与淋巴转移无显著性意义。结论 :肾癌组织中 E- cad无表达或低表达 ,CD4 4 v6基因的高表达与肾癌的发生发展、病理分级。Objective:To study the relationship of the expression of E cadherin(E cad),CD44v6 with biological behaviors, in renal cell carcinoma. Methods:S P immunohistochemical staining was performed in 46 cases of renal cell carcinoma and 12 cases of normal renal tissues. Results: The positive rate of expression of E cad in renal cell carcinoma was significantly lower than that in normal tissues( P <0.01), and was negatively correlated with clinical stages( P <0.05)and lymph node metastasis( P <0.05).The positive rate of expression of CD44v6 in renal cell carcinoma was much higher than that in normal tissues( P <0.01) and was positively correlated with pathological grade and clinical stages( P <0.05). Conclusion:Loss of the expression of E cad and over expression of CD44v6 may have a correlation with their pathological grade, clinical stages and lymph node metastasis. This research suggests that they may have important relation in progress and prognosis of renal cell carcinoma.
