摘  要:目的 :探讨细胞间连接结构在肿瘤浸润转移中的意义。方法 :利用透射电镜观察K ras基因转染的鼠肺 (KTRL)纤维细胞及同来源的正常鼠肺 (NRL)纤维细胞两种细胞连接结构及细胞内肌动蛋白丝分布形式的差异。结果 :KTRL纤维细胞连接结构存在重大缺陷 ,肌动蛋白丝分布发生明显改变。结论Objective: Our aim was to investigate the role of intercellular adhesion system in the process of cell invasion and metastasis. Methods: K ras transformed rat lung fibrocyte (KTRLFC) were taken as the experimental group with normal rat lung fibrocyte (NRLFC) as control. The distribution of adhesive structure and intracellular actin molecule were observed with transmission electronic microscope . Results: Remarkable defects were shown in the adhesion system of KTRLFC. Significant changes were demonstrated in the distribution of actin. Conclusion: The changes of distribution of adherin junction and actin molecular in KTRLFC may be a major mechanism of cancer invasion and metastasis.
