摘　　要：随着高素质体育后备竞技人才培养模式多元化理念的形成,学校体育教学理应担负着后备竞技人才培养的重任。通过对宁波市竞技体育高素质后备人才的培养,体育传统项目学校设置及评估和考核的基本情况的了解及剖析,透视宁波市体育后备人才培养的途径及基本状况,为建立良好的培养模式提供宝贵的经验。With the formation of multimodel of talented cultivation in quality education,school physical education teaching should play an important role in talented cultivation.Through analyzing the basic condition of competitive sports,high quality talented cultivation,traditional school sports events setting in Ningbo city,this paper discusses the route and basic condition of talented cultivation and provides valuable experience in setting good cultivation model.
