摘  要:结合X195柴油机结构的特点,在不改变原机结构的前提下,增设一套燃油供给系统(一级喷射系统)与原燃油供给系统(二级喷射系统)配合,用机械控制方式代替高压电控喷射系统,实现多次喷射,促进柴油和空气的混合,提高混合气形成质量,改善燃烧过程,从而改善柴油机经济性和排放性。试验结果表明,增设一套燃油供给系统实现多次喷射,对控制排放和噪音有帮助,此外可改善低温起动性能。该方法对单缸四冲程柴油机有一定的适用性。同时也为进一步研究提供了理论依据。Combining with the construction features of the X195 diesel engine without constructional modification of the original engine, a set of fuel supply system (the first stage injection system) is added, and coordinates with the original fuel supply system (the second stage injection system). The way of mechanism is used to control the two stages injection to realize multiple-injection instead of electronic fuel control system so that the mixture of diesel and air and the quality of the mixture are improved. The combustion process is improved so as to enhance the fuel economy and reduce exgayst emissions of the diesel engine. The experimental results show that the multiple injection system is very useful for controlling emission, reducing noise, and even improving the start performance at low temperature. It's applicable to the single cylinder four-stroke diesel engines. Meanwhile, the theory bases for further study will be available.
