摘 要:通过在Gleeble1500热模拟试验机上进行的压缩和拉伸试验,研究了GH98合金的热加工性能,并对其变形组织进行了金相观察。试验结果表明,GH98合金的热加工变形抗力很高,欲改善其热加工性能,加热温度的选择及控制尤为关键。从本试验结果来看,GH98合金的加热温度应严格控制在1000~1200℃,这一点已在实际的锻造和轧制过程中得到验证。By means of hot compression and tension test on Gleeble 1500 equipment, the hot workability of superalloy GH98 has been studied, and the microstructure of hot compression specimen has been investigated. It shows that the deformation stress of GH98 is very high in comparison with that of other superalloys. In order to improve its hot workability, the hotworking temperature range must be strictly controlled. The optimum hotworking temperature range of GH98 should be 1 000-1 200 ℃, which has been proved by forging and rolling process.
