摘 要:目的:对上颌总义齿腭部基托各部位进行有限元应力分析,探索基托断裂的生物机械力学和结构力学的特性.方法:采用Ansys大型结构分析软件,通过上颌总义齿的实体建模及电子计算机运算,根据各牙实测数据,在不同牙位进行加载,加载方法是采用(牙合)力传感器的测力面对准被测各牙(牙合)面,加载力是根据各牙实测数据.结果:对上颌总义齿右上第一磨牙中央窝造成干扰后,与平衡(牙合)比较,从整个基托来看,应力应变都有明显增加.结论:基托的切牙乳突区为高应力区,右侧腭基托特别是腭中线右侧基托的应变与应力均大于左侧(P<0.01),为义齿维修提供力学近似值参考依据.Objective: To go on the finite element analysis on each position in base plate of palate of maxillary complete denture and to explore the specific of biomechanics and structural mechanics on the fractured base plate. Methods: A large-scale structural analysis software with Ansys was used in this study by means of making model to copy truth complete denture in maxilla and operating electronic computer. The force of different tooth places was increased on the basis of data measured in each tooth. The method of force was that measured force face of occlusal face sensor aimed at occlusal face in each tooth measured. The force of load was the truth data measured in each tooth. Results: Central pit in the maxillary first molar was interfered with strain and stress had increased evidently in compare with balance occlusion from whole base plate. Conclusions: The base plate on the incisor teeth papilla area was higher stress area, the strain and stress of the right base plate of palate were larger than that of the left (P<0.01). So does specially the right side of the central line of palate in base plate. To provide the mechanics approximate value of reference foundation for denture repair.
