小鼠B_(16)黑色素瘤转移前后免疫器官的动态观察

摘　　要：本文报道49只小鼠(C_(57)BL)的B_(16)黑色素瘤,在发生转移前后淋巴结、脾脏、胸腺的形态变化。发现最早于接种后第4天即转移至同侧腘窝淋巴结,第6天至腹股沟淋巴结,第16天后全部淋巴结受累。本实验表明细胞免疫活性增强对肿瘤转移有抑制作用,而体液免疫活性增强对肿瘤转移可能具有促进作用。The morphological changes in lymph node, spleen and thymus before and after metastasis of B_(16) melanoma in 49 mice (C_(57)BL) were reported.The results showed that the earliest metastasis was found on the 4th d after inoculation in the poplital node of the same side, and on the 6th d in the groin node. After the 16th d all the nodes were involed.This experiment showed that the metastasis was inhibited by the enhancement of cellular immunity, but it might be promoted by the enhancement of humoral immunity.
