摘  要:目的:本实验旨在研究GⅠ-Ⅱ型渗透陶瓷的热膨胀特性.材料与方法:制作GI-II型渗透陶瓷氧化铝预制体,GⅠ-Ⅱ型渗透陶瓷In-Ceram待测试件,测试其热膨胀曲线.结果:50-600 ℃的热膨胀系数(×10^(-6)/℃)分别是7.65(氧化铝预制体)、7.25(GⅠ-Ⅱ型渗透陶瓷)、7.858(In—Ceram).100—300℃热膨胀系数(×10^(-6)/℃)分别是7.365(氧化铝预制体)、6.412(渗透玻璃)、7.024(GⅠ-Ⅱ型渗透陶瓷)、7.365(In-Ceram).结论:GⅠ-Ⅱ型氧化铝预制体与渗透玻璃的热膨胀差异不影响渗透陶瓷的力学性能.其渗透陶瓷与饰面资热膨胀匹配.Objective: To investigate the characteristics of thermal expansion of GI-II Infiltrated Ceramic. Methods: Alumina samples before and after infiltration by glass of GI-II Infiltrated ceramic were fabricated.Their thermal expansion curves and coefficiency values were determined. Results: The thermal expansion coefficiency values ( × 10-6/℃)between 50 and 600℃ were 7.665 for alumina preform, 7.625 for GI-II Infiltrated Ceramic, 7.858 for In-Ceram. Those between 100 and 300℃ were 7.365 for alumina preform, 6.412 for infiltrated glass, 7.024 for GI-II Infiltrated Ceramic, 7.365 for In-Ceram. Conclusions: The difference of thermal expansion between GI-II alumina preform and infiltrated glass does not negatively influence the mechanical properties of the tested infiltrated ceramic. It also matches its veneering porcelains in term of thermal expansion.
