Nd∶YAG激光治疗后发性白内障的临床观察

摘　　要：目的：观察Ｎｄ∶ＹＡＧ激光治疗后发性白内障后的患眼情况，旨在减少术后的并发症。方法：对１２６例（１３０眼）人工晶体植入术后后发性白内障患者行Ｎｄ∶ＹＡＧ后囊膜切开术。结果：术后增视率为８７．６９％；人工晶体损伤２５例；持续性高眼压及视网膜剥离各１例。结论：手术有利于视力提高及查找低视力原因。术中应准确聚焦。Objective:To observe the clinical manifestation in patients with posterior capsule opacification(PCO) after treatment of capsulectomy by Nd∶YAG laser.Methods:One hundred and twenty six patients(130 eyes) who developed PCO after cataract extraction with intraocular lens implantation were treated with capsulectomy by Nd∶YAG laser.Results:87.69% of eyes improved their visual acuity.Damage of intraocular lens was found in 25 eyes.One eye developed persistent high intraocular pressure and retinal detachment was also found in one eye.Conclusion:Laser capsulectomy improved the visual acuity in patients with PCO.
