晶状体溶解性青光眼临床分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨晶状体溶解性青光眼的临床特点及治疗方法。方法：对７例晶状体溶解性青光眼患者作晶状体摘除术治疗并观察。结果：７例患者术前给予抗青光眼药物治疗，眼压均不能控制。经手术治疗后，眼压控制在１．２ｋＰａ（９ｍｍＨｇ）～１．９４ｋＰａ（１４．５５ｍｍＨｇ）之间；视力恢复情况：指数／５０ｃｍ者２例、矫正视力达０．１～０．４者５例。结论：该病为一临床上独立存在的继发性、急性开角型青光眼，尽早摘除混浊之晶状体是本病治疗的唯一方法。Objective: To discuss the clinical features as well as the therapy of phacolytic glaucoma. Methods: Clinical data were collected from 7 cases of patients with phacolytic glaucoma who underwent cataract extraction operation. Results: Seven patients were treated with antiglaucoma drugs before surgery,but the intraocular pressure (IOP) was not under well control.After antiglaucoma surgery,the IOP was controlled between 1.2 kPa (9 mmHg) to 1.94 kPa (14.55 mmHg).The restoration of vision:2 patients could counter fingers 50 cm distance away,and the visual acuity of other 5 patients were 0.1 to 0.4. Conclusion: Phacolytic glaucoma is one type of acute angleopen glaucoma with characteristic clinical appearance.Removal of the opacified lens as quickly as possible is the only efficient therapy to prevent and control this disorder.\=
