摘 要:目的:研究多系统萎缩对脑干功能的影响。方法:用电生理多用诊断仪对29例橄榄-桥脑-小脑萎缩(OPCA)、10 例直立性低血压(SDS)和19例健康志愿者(对照组)的脑干诱发电位进行检测。结果:OPCA及SDS的Ⅰ~Ⅴ波有不同程度的缺失、结构紊乱和不对称性,Ⅴ波的潜伏期分别为6.50±0.90 m s及6.44±0.79 m s,较对照组(5.87±0.37 m s)延长(P< 0.05);Ⅲ波潜伏期也延长,较对照组有显著差异(P< 0.05),同时OPCA与SDS的脑干传导时间Ⅰ~Ⅴ峰间潜伏期分别为4.90±0.92 m s及4.89±0.91 m s,与对照组(4.19±0.36 m s)有显著性差异(P< 0.01);OPCA与SDS相比无差异(P> 0.05)。Objective:To evaluate the influence of multiple system atrophy (MSA) on the function of brainstem.Methods:The brainstem auditory evoked potentials(BAEP) were recorded in 29 cases of OPCA,10 cases of SDS and 19 healthy volunteers by using Nicolet Viking Ⅱ.Results:Ⅰ-Ⅴ waves were disappeared partially and component Ⅴ in OPCA and SDS were 6.50±0.90 ms and 6.44± 0.79 ms in latencies respectively,which were delayed compared with control( P <0.05).Meanwhile,the brainstem conduction times interpeak intervals Ⅰ-Ⅴ were 4.90±0.92 ms and 4.89±0.91 ms respectively,which were obviously increased compared with control( P <0.01).Conclusion:There were disorders of brainstem conduction time in MSA.
