摘  要:目的:探讨大肠癌淋巴结转移与CD44v mRNA、DCC mRNA表达的关系.方法:应用逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)技术,检测92份原发性大肠癌及20份正常大肠粘膜的CD44v mRNA和DCC mRNA的表达情况.结果:92例原发性大肠癌中,淋巴结转移组60例,淋巴结未转移组32例,CD44v mRNA中度以上表达率分别为93.33%、43.75%(P<0.01).DCC mRNA表达缺失率分别为80.00%、50.00%(P<0.01).20份正常大肠粘膜CD44v mRNA表达均为阴性,DCCmRNA的表达均为强阳性.结论:CD44v mRNA的高表达、DCC mRNA的表达缺失与原发性大肠癌的侵袭转移关系密切.Objective: To study the relationship between lymph node metastasis and the expressions of CD44v mRNA? DCC mRNA in colorectal carcionma. Methods: The expressions of CD44v mRNA and DCC mRNA in 92 cases of primary colorectal carcino-ma(PCC) and 20 normal colon mucosa specimens were detected by RT - PCR. Results: 60 cases had lymph node metastasis(n + ) and 32 cases had not lymph node metastasis (n- ) in 92 cases of PCC. The rates of moderate or over expreession of CD44v mRNA in n+ and n- group were 93.33% and 43.75% (P<0.01) . Meanwhile, the rates of negative expression of DCC mRNA were 80.00 % and 50.00 % , respectively ( P < 0.01). The expressions of CD44v mRNA and DCC mRNA were negative and positive in all 20 normal colon mucosa specimens, respetively. Conclusion: There is a tight relationship of lymph node metastasis in PCC with the overexpression of CD44v mRNA and negative expression of DCC mRNA.
