应用MG-G-G组合染色法研究肝癌凋亡细胞

摘　　要：目的:应用MG-G-G组合染色液探讨肝癌组织中凋亡细胞.方法:用MG-G-G组合染色液对肝癌标本常规石蜡切片进行染色.结果:经过MG-G-G组合染色液染色,肝癌凋亡细胞核中的DNA呈深绿色,细胞浆中的RNA呈红色,背景呈黄色.对肝癌标本35例,正常肝组织12例的组织染色,都得到了比较满意的效果.结论:运用MG-G-G组合染色法研究肝癌组织中的凋亡细胞的DNA和RNA成分,其色彩鲜艳,对比度较强,方法简单,操作方便,可以推广使用.Objective: The aim is to detect the apoptosis cells in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) tissue. Methods: By using MG -G-G staining method, paraffin samples of HCC were stained.Results: All 35 HCC and 12 normal liver samples showed satisfactory results.The backgrounds of apoptosis cells were stained yellow, the nucleic DNA dark green, and the cytoplasmic RNA red.Conclusions: MG- G- G component staining can probe DNA and RNA in the apoptosis cells in HCC tissue.The apoptosis cells were stained bright, and the contrast was striking. The method is easy - operated, and can be popularized.
