摘　　要：以法建院 ,依法治院使一个三级学科的独立医院在管理上得心应手 ,熟路轻车 ,其关键措施是狠抓了临床三级检诊 ,把住主任医师 ,主治医师和住院医师各级岗位责任 ,并使其规范化、常规化和重点化。Hepatobiliary surgery is a science below general surgery. As a hepatobiliary hospital, it is difficult for management. The key method is to pay attention to the clinical diagnosis and treament by the three grades doctors. It shall be model, regularity and key department to manage the three grades doctors.
