摘　　要：通过办训练班、函授教育和学术讲座等办法 ,提高了医院统计人员的理论水平、服务能力和工作质量。做好这项工作的关键是领导支持 ,并通过考核检查以及奖励等手段提高其在职教育的积极性。The article points out that the theoretical knowledge, service ability and work performance are greatly enhanced by means of training classes, correspondence courses, and academic lectures. The key to its success, however, is obtaining the support of leadership, and implementing a mechanism of checks and examinations, rewards and penalties, in the hope of arousing the enthusiasm of the personnel.
