摘 要:对斯格商品猪的生长性能、饲料利用率、胴体品质和肉质进行了抽样性能测定。斯格商品猪肥育期日增重达到876.6±95.0g,肥育期料重比为2.67;达100kg体重日龄平均为152d;106.3kg体重时屠宰率为75.55%、6-7肋膘厚12.2±2.51mm、眼肌面积53.79±5.64cm2、瘦肉率为67.23%±3.86%、系水力为86.21%±2.10%、肌内脂肪含量为3.17%±1.37%。Performance tests of Seghers commercial pigs for growth, utilization of feed, quality of carcass and meat were conducted. The daily gains of Seghers commercial pigs in finishing period was 876.6±95.0 g . The ratio of feed and weight gain was 2.67 and the average age when the pigs weight reach 100 kg was 152 d. The dressing percent, back-fat thickness in the point of 6-7 ribs, loin eye area and the percent of lean meat were 75.55%±3.25%, 12.2±2.51 mm, 53.79±5.64 cm2 and 67.23%±3.86%. when the average of pigs' weight was 106.3 kg. The water holding capacity and the content of fat in muscle were 86.21%±2.10% and 3.17%±1.37% .
