摘　　要：目的:探讨输尿管镜下钬激光治疗输尿管肿瘤方法和临床疗效。方法:对17例孤立肾、对侧肾功能受损及不能耐受大手术输尿管肿瘤患者术中采用输尿管镜下钬激光治疗行肿瘤切除术。结果:17例手术均获成功,平均手术时间30min,患者均术后第5天拔出导尿管,拔管前行膀胱灌注治疗,住院时间5~7d,术后随访6个月输尿管局部复发3例,膀胱内复发1例。结论:此手术方法创伤小,并发症少,是治疗孤立肾、对侧肾功能受损及不能耐受大手术的输尿管肿瘤患者的有效手术方法之一。Objective:To study the afficacy of holmium laser in the treatment of urethral tumor under ureteroscopy.Methods:17patients with solitary kidney or those who cannot tolerate radical nephroureterectomy,received holmium laser resection of the ureter tumor under ureteroscopy.Results:The surgical treatment were successful in all cases,with an average operation time of 30 min.The catheter was retained with an average time of 5d,and the mean hospital stay ranges between 5and 7d.During 6months follow-up after operation,local recurrence occured in3 patients,and bladder tumor occured in 1case.Conclusions:Holmium laser resection of the ureter tumor under ureteroscopy is a minimally invasive method with less complications.It can be regarded as an effective method during treating patients who have solitary kidney and cannot tolerate the radical procedure.
