平阳霉素瘤内注射治疗唇部海绵状血管瘤的临床观察——附72例病例报告

摘　　要：目的　评价平阳霉素瘤内注射治疗唇部海绵状血管瘤的临床疗效。　方法　收集 1995 .0 1～ 2 0 0 2 .0 1,用国产抗肿瘤药物平阳霉素瘤内注射治疗唇部海绵状血管瘤 72例。平阳霉素每次用量 1～ 8mg ,7～ 10d注射 1次 ,3～ 5次为一疗程。　结果　治愈 3 4例 (4 7% ) ,基本治愈 2 9例 (4 0 % ) ,有效 5例 (7% ) ,无效 4例 (6% )。总有效率 94%。　结论　平阳霉素瘤内注射治疗唇部血管瘤是一种简便、安全、有效方法。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Pingyangmycin treatment in cavernous hemangioma. Methods The medical records of 72 patients with cavernous hemangioma in the lip regions between january 1995 and January 2001 were obsterved Pingyangmycin were injected into the cavernous carvity every 7～10 days for 3～5 times The patients were followed up for 6 months～1 year Results 34 of 72 (40%) cases were recovered, 29 of 72(40%) cases were basically recovered. The total effective rate is 94%. Conclusion Pingyangmycin treatment in cavernous hemangioma may be one kind of safe ,simple, efficient method.
